We catch up with some of our most original creators to find what inspires them, who their favorite creators are, and how they use image generator algorithms as part of their work.

NC: WHAT INFLUENCES YOUR WORK?

I have so many projects going on. Whether making a game, tarot card deck, an idea for an animation short or writing a book.

Most of my creations have a specific purpose. I’ve learned that the more specific you want the outcome to turn out, the harder it is to look pretty.

NC: MOST UNDERRATED ARTIST ON NIGHTCAFE?

There are so many! 

I have a very specific style I enjoy, so this is a bit biased, but I would love @Gazelli @ArtificialMagic and @SapitoBendito get more love!

But honestly I could write a book purely on all the people who deserve more love.

NC: PROMPT THAT MOST SURPRISED YOU?

“Floating luminous sparkles”

I got it soon after Stable Diffusion was released and I have been obsessed with it ever since!

NC: ANY TIPS FOR PROMPT WRITING?

I’ve worked in a translation department quite a bit.

I've had to learn when talking to someone in another language to be as simple and straightforward with descriptions as possible.

It’s the same with AI. You have to explain things the way the AI would understand. 

NC: WHAT LED YOU TO USING NIGHTCAFE?

I was looking for poses to help with a book illustration I was working on, and somehow stumbled upon Night Cafe.

I wasn’t too impressed at first as I was trying to make characters: something artistic and coherent aren’t the best at. 

But once I signed up for TDRAW's Patreon account and learned to make amazing landscape art that I could use as backgrounds for my illustrations, I became obsessed!

NC: WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK TO NIGHTCAFE?

More projects! I’m always working on something new and those things always require artwork.

My biggest thing right now is a book about my artistic journey, and all the tips and tricks TDRAW and others have taught me on how to create prompts and grow in the AI Art community.
